About

Aspetuck Walk gets its name from a favorite hiking trail that runs from Easton to Newtown, Connecticut. The Centennial Watershed trail runs along the Aspetuck River, said to be the cleanest river in the state. It is a beautiful walk that allows one to think and come up with ideas like you will find here. The header picture on this blog is one that I took while walking during summer 2012. It shows the foundation of one side of a long-gone bridge over the river. It is one of the prettiest spots on the trail.

Enjoy!
